When can I order?
Pre-orders open every Monday at 10am and close on Wednesday at 9pm, or sooner if all the boxes are claimed. The live strip at the top of every page shows where we are this week.
When does my food arrive?
Every Friday between 4:30pm – 6:30pm. Jade will keep you updated on the day.
Where do you deliver?
BN21, BN22 and BN23 for £2 (free on orders over £30), and BN24, BN26 and BN27 for £3.50. Put your postcode into the checker below to be sure.
How do I reheat it?
Arrives chilled. Pop it in the fridge, then reheat in the microwave for about 3 minutes until piping hot.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken online. Jade will confirm your order and let you know how to pay.
Is there a limit per household?
Boxes are limited each week. If there’s a cap per household that week, the box builder will tell you.
What if I’m not home on Friday?
Add a note at checkout (a safe place, a neighbour, a gate code) and Jade will do her best. The food is chilled, so get it in the fridge soon after.
Can I cancel?
Let Jade know as soon as possible, and before the window closes on Wednesday night: ingredients are bought fresh for the exact number of boxes.
Do you cater for parties?
Yes, for 10–20 guests, from £15 a head. Build your spread on the catering page and Jade will confirm the date. A 25% deposit secures your slot.
